Purple tint to Black Text on office2007/ie7- help I just got an upgraded computer from my IT department. On my new monitor (Viewsonic - VG2230wm) all the microsoft software excluding windows itself show black font with a slight purple tint to it. Makes your eyes go nuts because it isn't solid black. I notice it in my office 2007 software packages and in internet explorer 7. I don't notice it though in firefox or in folders within XP. Any ideas what is causing this and how I can fix it?
