上班族柔化肩颈瑜伽
 
动作1:找一把靠背椅坐好,将左腿环绕右腿,吸气双手向后握住椅背,呼气,胸、腰、腹尽量向前推。保持自然 呼吸10——15秒。
动作2:双手向后相握,双肩打开尽量向后,头向后仰,胸部向前推。感觉您的肩部肌肉向后拉。
动作3:吸气,胸腰向下,呼气,气息向下,用胸腹去贴大腿,手臂尽量向上提,保持自然的呼吸。
动作4:双手掩着身体向下放松,头向下沉。
功效:舒展肩、颈部肌肉,消除肩颈紧迫感,恢复肩颈肌肉柔软度。
练习秘诀:进行步骤2肩带下压动作时,健尔马足疗机三代,借助办公椅背的支撑,可轻松地将肩部完整下压。
