两周年留念
 

　　 09年的今天，我温柔利怀着等待的心境，早早的起床上班去了，那时候在班里还是算比较早找到实习单位的，也 算是工作吧，第一天就是去上海办理实习生入职手续，还记得是金大爷带我们去的。接触到第一个人是谁不记得了 ，反正印象比较深入的是朱黎婷，是她招待我们并给办理入职手续的，蛮好的一个姐姐，其实那个时候不感到她比 我们大，后来才晓得她是个年青的妈咪。也就是那天，我就开始踏入网优行业了。
　　记得那时候咱们住宿舍，每天做公交车高低班，上班都很积极（菜鸟都比拟有踊跃性，大家懂的），天天都是 比其余同事早到单位，可是当初老油条了，基础上每天迟到（我检查，从来日开始我“改过自新，从新做人”，这 是屁话），我变了，变坏了！
　　回想下这两年的工作，刚进公司跟着潘总做直放站的信息收集，学会了看t68手机的工程模式、手持GPS 、罗盘（指北针），后来匆匆开始学习tems软件的应用，第一个老师是朱鹏飞（目前已经是一个孩子的父亲） ，后来跟着蒋爷学测试数据的处置，tems出图，mapinfo出图统计，分析数据，跟唐爷、金爷、蒋爷学 习处理客户投诉，没过多久就自己周末值班出去处理投诉了，记得第一次独破处理投诉就被用户骂，哥忍了！后来 替换一个回校做毕设的同事测试高层，晚上还要统计数据，似乎那时候还蛮辛苦的，每天在高楼大厦里走动，基本 上每一层都要走两遍。
　　还明白的记得刚开始写测试讲演的时候是十分苦楚的，因为懂的少，无奈用专业术语来描写问题，那时候须要 提优化倡议的时候专找淼江哥，求教金爷、晓华经理，还和方捷的陶子哥 、靖哥探讨测试问题。
　　09年我的工作根本上dt测试为主，每天和司机王晓东错误，有时候晚上还加班做BSC割接、升版拨测， 随着金爷、唐爷去基站查上行干扰，学会了用泰克和安捷伦的扫频仪。记得下半年还是有点辛劳的，由于周末要轮 到值班，加班也是常常的事儿，所以那个时候感到持续多少个月不好好的休息过一个完全的周末，当然喽，这其中 学到的也是挺多的，我不是那种实践型选手，我的皮毛技术都是从实际测试剖析中来的。很快到了年 底,cheap supra，年初公司的测验考了30多分(据说在新员工当中还算高分)，实在还是蛮失踪的，假如基本常识扎实点，多看 点书，可能就能过了（45分就及格）
