银行缴罚款送话费抽ipad被指变相鼓励违章

　　就此事，记者咨询了中国建设银行浙江省分行电话银行产品经理章宏燕。

　　章宏燕说，这是建设银行目前推广的一项便民措施，尽管两三年前就尝试通过95533电话进 行缴纳罚款,louis vuitton outlet，但没有进行有效推广，效果一直不理想,mbt online。

　　为了缓解银行网点柜台前的压力，建设银行开始推广其他三种缴纳罚款的渠道，即ATM机自助缴纳、网上银 行缴纳、电话银行缴纳。

　　关于网友对活动内容的质疑。

　　章宏燕说，这项活动仅是一个正常的营销行为，并没有像网友所说的是在变相鼓励市民去违章。目前建设银行 也暂时还没有接到有客户对活动内容的投诉。

　　她也希望网友能对银行的活动和内容进行监督，如果客户对活动内容意见比较大，她们会考虑对内容进行更改 。
