误传1:吃糖总是不利健康。事实:食糖是厨房必备之物,在健康食物中发挥平衡调味作用。蜂蜜等“自然甜味剂 ”其实是精制糖,在人体中具有同样的代谢方式,每克含热量4卡路里。营养专家表示,底线是吃糖不过量,食糖 热量不应超过食物总热量的10%,光波炉的危害应注意几点
误传2:吃鸡蛋升高胆固醇水平,光波炉正品。事实:鸡蛋中的饱和脂肪含量相对很小,一只大鸡蛋只含约1.5克饱和脂肪。因此,光波炉价格,不吃鸡蛋是不明智之举,因为鸡蛋还是13种维生素和矿物质的重要来源。
