清晨起床健健身
 
搓脸:用双手中指揉两侧鼻翼两旁的迎香穴10余次,然后双手上行搓到额头,再沿两颊下行搓到额尖汇合。如此 重复20次,可促进面部血液循环,也能美容。
转睛:先左右,后上下,各转眼球10余次,有增强视力和减少眼疲之功。

叩齿:平坐,光波炉批发,上下牙龄相互叩击,每次叩击50次左右。此法能增强牙周纤维结构的坚韧性,促进牙龈及颜面血液循环,使牙 龄紧固,防止牙病发生。
