适用办公室小体操
 
  1、扩胸运动
  做伸展及扩胸的运动,可锻炼胸部肌肉,亦可防止乳房下垂。
  2、双手张臂
  头向前,www.tvgw8.com,身体伸直,然后双手握拳,手臂摆于胸前,双脚张开与膊平衡,www.hk113.com,双臂分别左右展开,肌肉同时用力。
  3、抚摸背部
  以单手尽量往后背摸,维持约10秒,再左右交替重复动作5-10分钟。
  4、挺胸运动
  有效增进肌肤紧实度,于运动时,确保胸肌保持弹性,身形更见玲珑。
  5、胸前合掌
  双手向胸前合掌,力量集中在手掌,光波炉,然后用力推压,每日做5至8次左右。
  6、交叉伸手
  左手抓住右手手臂,再伸直向外用力推,健尔马足疗机,持续数秒放松,重复动作5至6分钟。
  7、呼吸动作
  双腿微屈及紧贴坐在地面,再以双手按着腿膝盖内侧吸气,呼气时就将膝盖血外拉开5至10秒 。
