A comment Adam Phillabaum just left on my last post totally sums up the impact corporate recruiters have on the bottom-line of the company: After I interviewed, and subsequently didn't get an offer at Google,Windows 7 64bit, the recruiter sent me a one line email telling me I didn't get the job.
