Brian Shaw is an assistant coach for the Indiana Pacers, not the head coach of the Lakers,
Nike Hyperize, much to the consternation of several fans and Lakers players.
In an interview Friday, Shaw said the Lakers and he were incommunicado during the process that brought Mike Brown as the head coach.
Shaw called it a “glitch in communication” but questioned the need for the Lakers to change their philosphy from the days when he played for, and assisted,
