1杯水:喝酒前先喝1杯水,一定程度上可以起到稀释酒精的作用,防止饮酒后体内酒精含量过高。同时,人体内 含水量过低,会影响肝脏功能,导致肝脏对酒精的分解能力变弱,喝水可及时为身体补充水分,健尔马足疗机,防止饮酒后体内酒精含量过高。

1块馍:空腹时酒精吸收快,对胃肠道伤害大,容易引起胃出血、胃溃疡。因此在喝酒之前,先食用1块馍,防止 酒精渗透胃壁,也可使乙醇在体内吸收时间延长。米饭、面包片等富含碳水化合物的食物也可以。此类食物也富含 B族维生素。维生素B1可协助肝脏解酒。
