Default 本人炸麻花

软麻花的制作方法:­,discount jimmy choo
1、 牛奶1杯,鸡蛋2个,油2大勺,面粉550克(大概2碗),糖6大勺,盐1小勺,酵母2小勺 ­
2、 将牛奶加热至手的温度,将酵母撒入拌平匀­
3、将鸡蛋和油搅拌平均,倒入牛奶和酵母液中搅拌匀称­
4、把面粉,盐跟糖拌平均后,参加3,揉成面团,面不粘手,软软的,和面后,多揉并摔打一会,抹上油,发酵 到本来面团的两倍大­
5、用手把面团拍成长方形,切成长条状,醒发10分钟­

6、取一长条面均匀揉长,两手各执一头,向相反方向拧,上好劲之后拿住两头往在面板上堆,再取一根,反复方 才动作再拧一次,而后用手拿起两根上了劲的长条状的面的两头,天然拧起,再把两头对折回来,再拧一次,麻花 就搓成了­

搓好的麻花,深色的是酥麻花,浅色的是软麻花­
7、用保鲜膜覆盖20分钟后,把油烧至8分熟,中火炸至金黄色就OK了­

备注:假如感到炸麻花很麻烦,可以用这种配料的制造方式来烙饼或是炸饼,buy jimmy choo,后果也十分的好­

酥麻花的制作办法:­
面粉250克(大约1碗),糖3大勺,鸡蛋3个,asics gel nimbus,面粉中倒入鸡蛋液,和匀,这时面团较硬,手上抹油,拍面,一点点揉进面团,最后的面团和饺子面差未几软硬 ,油的用量不能少,tods driving shoe,也不用太多,整体感到有油润感就能够了,揉成面团后,用保鲜膜笼罩醒发1小时,搓成麻花,油温二成热时下 麻花,小火炸至金黄色就OK了­

备注:麻花炸好晾凉后装入保鲜袋中,可以防潮,jordan shoes for kids,长时光坚持住麻花那酥脆的口感­
