　　本报讯(记者彭科峰 实习记者彭扬) 存在北京市农村商业银行金盏支行(下称农商行金盏支行)的81万元在两年内被人取走，这让王明(化名)夫妇 大感蹊跷。北京银监局介入调查后确认，这笔钱被银行柜台人员取走。协商未果后，王明将农商行金盏支行告上法 庭。近日，朝阳法院开庭审理了此案。

　　据了解，王明夫妇在农商行金盏支行曾存款800余万元。2001年1月，他们转走800万元，但剩余利 息90多万元由农商行金盏支行代为开户，户名为王明的妻子杨芳(化名)。据王明的代理律师邵雷雷介绍，因王 明夫妇和该银行柜台人员李海波比较熟悉，加之当时取钱时比较着急，王明是让李海波代为开户，并未当场拿走存 折，而是打算日后再来取。邵雷雷称，此后因为工作繁忙，加之李海波借故拖延,le louis vuitton，王明迟迟未能拿到存折。

　　2004年6月4日，王明夫妇终于拿到存折，并打算销户，却发现账户内只剩下10余万元，其中81万元 不翼而飞。王明随后向北京银监局举报。今年3月19日，北京银监局回复称，经过调阅金盏支行的取款凭证，发 现自2001年11月20日至2002年3月20日间,Sac Louis Vuitton Collection Sai，该账户先后21次支取存款累计81万元，经办柜员均为李海波。

　　王明夫妇随后和李海波交涉，但对方至今未还款。邵雷雷称，王明夫妇的存款在银行被工作人员取走，银行存 在不可推卸的责任。李海波拖延不还，农商行金盏支行应对储户的存款负责，归还81万元及利息。

　　农商行金盏支行昨天称知道此事。对于银行在此事上是否存在责任，以及对李海波的处理等问题，该支行相关 负责人并未回答。这名负责人称，此事已委托朝阳分行和总行法律事务处负责处理。

　　农商行朝阳分行负责处理此事的工作人员称，他们已接到法院通知，将向法院提供证据，一切根据法院正常程 序来应对。至于王明被取走的钱是否由银行归还，需由法院具体调查后来判定。
