CHICAGO (CBS) Chicago Public Schools is apologizing to a Chicago mother and her 2 youth sons, ages 5 and 6,shoes for water, behind they were denied breakfast because they came to schools wearing the wrong kind of shoes.
The Nicholson brothers merely grab a fast snack ahead braining apt class for they qualify for a full free breakfast at Adam Powell Grade School. It's something they look inward to each day, and it hurt when they were recently rotated away.
They were wearing black athletic shoes. The boys told their mom that the assistant principal,teva mens boots reviews, Angela Peagler wouldn't let them eat because their shoes didn't eligible the school uniform,TEVA LIGERO, which phones for a regular black dress boot.
"I felt melancholy. We're forever supposed to have breakfast," first-grader Noah Nicholson says.

Area 17 Management Support Director Darryl Earl says Peagler told him she thought the boys had returned to the breakfast but he acknowledged she was wrong.
"Regardless of what shoes they were dressing, obviously the children should have been allowed the chance to mix into breakfast,teva water shoes," he says.
Monday afternoon, the principal and the gopher principal begged to the boys and their mother.
They went ashore to explain namely they were reacting to an boost in students violating the school dress code. The principal even attempted to buy the boys new black shoes.
But here's the kicker: The school's dress code does no mention the shoes must be dark clothes shoes.
The boys' mama says the headmaster apparently needs to make the rules clearer.
