中国国际广播电台报道:美国科学家的一项最新研究结果显示,诸如步行这样的适度运动,比剧烈运动更有益于心 脏健康。研究发现,适度运动有效改善了项目参加者的甘油三酸脂和“好”胆固醇(高密度脂蛋白)的水平,而且 即使参加者中断锻炼也将持续有效。

这项研究成果发表在最新出版的美国《应用生理学杂志》月刊上,该研究由北卡罗来纳州的杜克大学医学中心的运 动生理学专家克里斯·斯伦茨博士及其同事共同完成,盟特新奇特厂家
