肥胖

人们晚上一般活动少,热能消耗低,多余的能量大量合成脂肪,从而逐渐使人发胖。

高血压

肠癌

晚餐后活动减少,必然有一部分消化物不能被吸收。这些物质在大肠内受到厌氧菌的作用,产生有害物质。睡眠时 肠蠕动减少,助长了这些物质在肠腔内停留的时间,促使肠癌发病率增高。
