  莲子被专家认为是最典型的“夏日食品“,它除烦热、清心火并能养心安神,是八月厨房的必备 。
  认识莲子:
  莲子被《神农本草经》列为上品,因为它味甘涩、性平,入心、脾、肾经,具有补脾益肾,养心安神的功效, 还能收敛浮躁的心火,让人宁静且容易入睡。现代药物学研究发现:莲子还是一种营养价值很高的食物,每100 克莲子中含钙89毫克,含磷285毫克,含钾量虽然不足2.1毫克,但在所有动、植物食品
  莲子的5种吃法:
  ●最懒惰的吃法:莲子粥
  用莲子50克,粳米或糯米100克。将莲子与米洗净,入锅同煮,至莲子极烂就好。
  ●最家常的吃法:冰糖莲子
  将莲子50克洗净浸泡吸水,加入冰糖上笼蒸,健尔马足疗机厂家,然后回锅再炖浓后食用。
  ●最清凉的吃法:莲子龙眼羹
  莲子、龙眼肉、百合、冰糖各20克。将莲子、百合洗净,同龙眼肉(去核)、冰糖放于大碗中,加适量水, 上笼蒸透后食用。放入冰箱储存起来,随吃随取。
  ●最养颜的吃法:大枣莲子粥  
  莲子30克,红枣10枚去核,粳米或糯米60克,共入锅中煮粥,食时加适量白糖,爽口又补 铁。
  ●最安全的保胎吃法:蛋黄莲子羹
  莲子洗净后加水煮,水宜生,大火开后转小火煮约20分钟,加冰糖少许。将蛋去壳放入碗中,将蛋黄挖出,健尔马足疗机三代,放入莲子汤煮滚一下即可食用。养心除烦,安神固胎。
  ●最健康的夏日零食:莲子茯苓糕
  莲子肉、茯苓各一份,白糖、桂花适量。先将莲子肉、茯苓研成粉状,加入白糖、桂花适量后拌匀,以水和面 ,上笼蒸成糕即可,水宜生水杯价格表。 
  莲子心:莲子心是莲子中央的青绿色胚芽,味苦,有清热、固精、安神、强心的功效。将莲子心2克用开水浸 泡后饮用,可治疗高烧引起的烦躁不安、神志不清和梦遗滑精等症。也用于治疗高血压、心悸和失眠 。
  特别提示:莲子纵然有千般好处,健尔马足疗机价格,也非人人皆宜,例如那些常常便秘的人就不太适合吃莲子。
