Default 冬季进补“八忌”

  冬季进补应八忌:
  一.“忌”无病进补。以免浪费钱财,祸害身体。如过量服鱼肝油可引起中毒;长期大量服葡萄糖可使身体发 胖,易诱发心血管系统疾病和糖尿病。
  二.“忌”慕名服药。人参被称为"补中圣药",但滥用会出现过度兴奋、烦躁激动、血压升高及鼻孔流血等 症状,水宜生水杯价格表
三.“忌”虚实不分。“虚则补之”,对症服药才能补益身体。否则,越补越坏。
  四.“忌”多多益善。 “多吃补药,有病治病,无病强身”这是不科学的。如过量服用参茸类补品,可引起腹胀,不思饮食;过服维生素 C,可致恶心、呕吐和腹泻。
  五.“忌”以药代食。殊不知许多食物同时也是药物。如多吃荠菜可治疗高血压;多吃南瓜可治疗糖尿病;多 吃萝卜可健胃消食,顺气宽胸,化痰止咳;多吃山药能补脾胃。
  六.“忌”过于滋腻厚味。对于身体虚弱,脾胃消化不良,经常腹泻、腹胀者,首先要恢复脾胃的功能,只有 脾胃消化功能良好,才能保障营养成分的吸收,否则再多的补品也是无用。因此,冬令进补不要过于滋腻厚味,应 以易于消化为准则。
  七.“忌”留邪为寇。在患有感冒、发热、咳嗽等外感病症时,不要进补,以免留邪为寇,后患 无穷。   
八.“忌”以贵贱论优劣。对于补药,绝不要存在越贵越好、越贵越有效的想法。中医认为,药物只要运用得当, 大黄可以当补药;服药失准,人参即为毒草。
