If you simply start to limit and eventually cut out your consumption of both the bad fats and carbohydrates, you'll start to see a huge difference in your chest and the way you feel.
Let's start with the fats...
The bad stuff are the carbohydrates that you get from eating things like white bread, any processed baked good, french fries and things like that.

But then I decided to do some searching and really look for a way to get lose the chest fat and flat out start to feel good about myself and the way I looked. And gain some more self confidence to boot.
Now I'm not suggesting you cut out your favorite snacks completely, just start to limit how much of it you eat and slowly but surely weed it out. You'll see a big difference
And the good ole' carbohydrates...
Again there are two kinds of carbohydrates. The good ones (the complex carbohydrates) are the ones that you get from foods that are whole grains, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
It was actually pretty devastating for me as a kid.
But before we get into that, I just ant to let you know that I know exactly what it's like to be in your shoes. You see, when I was growing up I was a little "plump" shall we say and for whatever reason I had these flabs of fat on my chest that I couldn't seem to get rid of.
4. Use your talents/gifts to serve the world - the best way for you to serve the world is in doing what you love and/or loving what you do. You have a core genius. You have within you the most wonderful talents and gifts. How do you know what they are - its simple - you feel BRILLIANT when you're pursuing them! So pursue them and keep nourishing them. Then start asking questions like - how can I use my talents and gifts to serve my family, my community, my country, the world? How can I begin to earn an income from what I love and how then can I get it to grow? As you take each step on such a path you leave behind a path which is illuminated with love, with kindness, with joy, with happiness, with passion and it acts as a lighthouse for those who find themselves in stormy seas. If you want to learn how to lose chest fat, then there's one very important thing you need to understand.
One of the biggest reasons that you've got those things on your chest simply comes down to what you're eating on a regular basis. Now don't worry, you don't need to go on same crazy crash diet to get you where you want to go, but you are going to need to change your eating habits just a little bit.
The good fats (the "unsaturated fats") are the fats that you get from things like avocados and oils. Those are the fats that your body actually needs and you should be putting into your body.
Did you know that fat is actually good for you? No, seriously it is! But the right kind of fat.
So after digging around I found a couple really important things I needed to do if I wanted to lose the chest fat and I'm going to go over the first and in my opinion (as well as many professionals) the most imporant thing you need to do if you want to lose chest fat.
And the two main places you're going to have to make those changes are with your fats and carbohydrates.
You see, people eat a lot of the WRONG kind of fats. The "saturated fats" (well, that's the fancy name the scientists give it) are the fats that you get from eating stuff like cookies, chips, sodas, and candy. That's the bad stuff...
