品牌毕竟能做什么

　　读过太多对于品牌的文章，也跟很多同行探讨过关于品牌建设的问题，作为一个致力于推进兽药行业品牌建设 过程的谋划公司，明时策划也在踊跃的为各企业在建立品牌上做着尽力，然而有一天，一个友人问到我一个很简单 的问题，让我用一句话概括品牌的作用，我却忽然语塞，我们看惯了太多关于品牌的长篇大论，诸多企业家、专家 学者的不同观点，那么咱们天天都在津津有味的品牌对于行业企业究竟能做什么？　　品牌的价值究竟体现在哪里 ？品牌建设的目标是什么？一句话，那就是要成为目的客户的“首选”。以期当消费者想买某一类产品时首先想到 的就是你的品牌。
　　　　营销专家艾・里斯曾经写过一篇《千里品牌路 始于退一步》的文章，在这篇文章中，艾・里斯明白讲到：世界上有两种产品：一种是商品，另一种是品牌。商品 是其他企业可以仿造的产品。也就是说，与其他企业没有差异的产品。而品牌却是奇特的、不同凡响的，让消费者 专一的产品。例如买活动装的消费者，他们决议购买阿迪、耐克的服装，不是因为其单单是服装，而是取决于它们 的企业文明在消费者心中的浸透。
　　　　我们说要做到成为目标客户的首选，就是要想方法把企业的品牌差别化定位植入消费者的长期记忆中，令 他们挥之不去，未来一旦有需要，立刻想到某个品牌的特征。唯有这样，企业才能在竞争中脱颖，能力跟着竞争的 规范成为垄断竞争中的一员，才能赚品牌的钱。
　　　　进入心智最好又最简略的方式是在一个新品类里做到第一（做第一能激发公关效应，而公关恰是进入心智 更有效力也更有效力的措施）例如：第一辆有“名气”的汽车是奔跑。第一辆有“驱能源”的汽车是宝马。第一杯 “高价”咖啡是星巴克。第一块“高等”腕表是劳力士。第一罐“能量饮料”是红牛。“第一赛过更好”这是营销 法令第一条。
　　如何做第一

　　那么品牌究竟能做什么？
　　从狭义上来说，一个品牌是可以产生以下作用的：
　　　　1.进步市场透明度，淘汰弱者：当一个市场的强势品牌和大品牌越来越多时，这个市场一定是越来越标 准的，而不竞争力的企业也是不能生存的。
　　　　2.教导市场、领导消费：好的品牌是可以引诱消费的，它会告诉你如何购置，如何感性消费，应该怎么 消费等。
　　　　3.成为垄断竞争中的一员：任何一个行业其市场竞争的终局都是垄断竞争，即3-5个品牌占领市场的大局部市场份额，例如可乐这个行业，就已经是垄断竞争，基础上就是三个品牌，可口，百事 和后来胜利进入的十分。为什么会产生垄断，一定是竞争的成果，但中国的兽药市场是一个竞争充足，成熟迟缓的 市场，所以只管国度在各方面增添了门槛，但我们面对的乡村市场和消费群体养殖户（包括一部门经销商）他们短 期内是成熟和规范不了的，所以国家固然规范了，但这种无序的市场竞争还会连续相称一断时光，只有中国的养殖 环境不产生转变，这种市场竞争的无序就很难规范，这种无序主要体现在大品牌和小品牌共存，大企业和小的销售 公司共存，谁都难造成垄断，谁都可能只是一片市场的老大而不是全部市场的老大。在这种情形下反而大企业会很 难生存，上面监察的力度，下面价钱的压力还有完整不讲规矩的市场竞争，不外这只是规范进程中的一个特别阶段 ，要把一个企业做久长，做动身展必须要做的规范，必需要做出品牌。实际上现在兽药市场的品牌的力气已经开端 有所凸显，大家在市场上的只要居心都会发明的。

　　　　1）用户的溢价能力，即用户的价格敏感度降低，为了买一个名牌产品（或品牌产品），用户愿意付出更 高的价格。这从很多行业都可以体现出来，比方我们可能接收花更高的价格去购买一件李宁或耐克的运动装，而不 是和它品质差未几但价格廉价的其他品牌。但稀释到我们这个行业，因为竞争尚不成熟，大部分企业还拉不开间隔 ,buckle jeans，价格战仍是很主要的一个市场手腕，但行业门槛过低并不能证实不需要做品牌，反之，第一个做出品牌的企业一 定能取得丰富的回报。

　　　　3） 员工的溢价才能，对著名企业来说在员工方面付出的本钱会比其余企业低许多。这重要体当初三个方面：在招人方 面，因为有品牌效应，更容易吸引优良的人才，而且抉择余地更大，得到的员工素质更高；在留人方面，因为有品 牌效应，轻易构成“退出壁垒”，使员工跳槽时舍不得，担忧会失去良多货色；在薪资方面，由于使品牌企业，及 时同样的岗位，同样的人才，企业所付出的薪资能够低于非品牌企业10%-20%，因为员工重视的不仅仅使钱，而使事业机遇跟个人的长期发展，个别人都会把在品牌企业工作当作使一种 阅历，一项投资。
　　2.它可以加强目标客户（经销商或养殖户）的虔诚度
　　　　为什么消费者违心花更多的钱去买品牌产品，为什么消费者会对品牌产品产生持续的忠诚和 信任,christian louboutin，起因之一就是品牌意味着信用，是一种许诺和保障。品牌企业做的是长线，是口碑，是影响力，品牌企业可以更 好的为客户负义务，让客户释怀。因为对于品牌企业来说，最可贵的财产就是品牌形象。
　　　　品牌毕竟能做什么，不同的企业将给出不同的诠释,prada purses，然而一个共同的特点是，中国现在有太多的企业以为品牌姓“牌”，不姓“品”，过多的寻求名义上的知名度和 鲜花掌声，而疏忽了内部的修炼。正如诚信缺失的中国商界，诚信不应当是噱头，而是践行；对于品牌，也是如斯 ，品牌建设不是企业的口号，不是策略计划上的精益求精，而是一系列脚踏实地的举动。
