消费者在超市买到注水葱 超市退货后送礼品道歉

　　东方网5月30日消息：据《劳动报》报道，大卖场买的一捆葱,coach factory outlet，回家一剪根部，却“哗啦啦”流出一“包”水！消费者潘先生在沃尔玛超市五角场店连续遭遇这样的“注水葱” ，因与商家交涉未果，无奈投诉至消保委，要求沃尔玛超市给出一个合理解释。记者从市消保委获悉，经过调解， 沃尔玛超市已就问题“注水葱”承认错误、向消费者道歉，并做出退赔。

　　“第一天早晨去买葱，回家一剪根部的葱头，水就像线一样地往下淌。仔细一看，发现这捆葱里的每一根葱尖 都被剪开了一个细小的口子,coach outlet，水应该是从上往下‘灌’进去的。第二天再去超市，手一捏捆葱，水又流了满地。”采访时，潘先生向记者讲述 了今年4月24日起连续在沃尔玛五角场店所买的葱都被“加过工”。因为与商家交涉未果，他致电12315消 费者投诉热线，后由杨浦区消保委受理，希望沃尔玛超市给出一个合理的解释。

　　杨浦区消保委接到投诉后，向潘先生了解情况及诉求后,louis vuitton belts，在与沃尔玛超市协商过程中，超市方面对“注水”一说，表示因天气转热，葱、菜类商品容易干燥，会在上面洒 些水。消保委则告知沃尔玛超市，潘先生所购买的这批葱的“尖尖头”都被摘去,mbt shoes，且根部充满水分，应该不是天热洒水的问题，只有在葱被放入水里浸过之后再拿出，才会出现类似 的情况。

　　记者从市消保委获悉，经过调解，沃尔玛超市方面最终承认错误，并为消费者潘先生所购买的“注水葱”作退 货处理，向消费者道歉并赠送礼品再表歉意。“道不道歉是其次，希望沃尔玛超市莫要再销售这样的‘注水葱’， 为消费者提供安全放心的购物环境才是真。”潘先生向记者表示。
