将鸡胸脯肉去筋,切成小块,用酱油和白糖腌一下。 ­
将菠菜炖熟并切碎。 ­
米饭用海带清汤煮一下,再放入菠菜鸡肉同煮。 ­
菊花粥­
[评注]酸枣仁末入粥中酸甘适口,深受欢迎。酸枣仁生用炒用均可,炒时间过常能破坏有效成分。可取酸枣仁微炒片刻研 末,家庭可用擀面杖研磨。 ­
将绿豆、粳米淘洗干净。 ­
把绿豆、粳米放入锅内,加水约500g,煮至米烂汁黏时即可离火食用。每日服食1-2次。 ­
