Default 散步缓解疲劳 预防春节睡眠缺乏症

每年的春节长假结束,睡眠紊乱患者会多起来。因此,医生提醒市民,预防春节睡眠缺少,或紊乱,只须稍加注意 ,即可避免。

春节期间,有的人过节时间安排太满,不是走访亲友就是出游,光波炉批发,回家还要上网冲浪,甚至通宵玩耍,不给自己留一点休息时间。这种生活方式极易打乱个体正常生物钟,造成植 物神经系统紊乱,最终导致睡眠紊乱。

医学研究表明,人体疲劳由体力、脑力过度付出引起,当全身肌肉处于高度紧张状态,身体就会产生大量代谢物, 如乳酸、疲劳毒素等。这些废物随着血液循环到达全身,如不及时消除,容易引起病变,发生植物神经失调症,睡 眠紊乱就是临床表现症状。

所以,在春节期间,要注意保持有效休息,尽是调整让生物钟与平时保持一致。许多人认为自己缺觉,所以蒙头大 睡,这种做法是错误的。看起来睡得很多,但 实际上会更感疲劳,盟特新产品加盟。正确的做法是可提前一两个小时入睡,盟特新奇特产品,坚持在同一时间起床,九龙玉石床垫,起床后可散散步、做做操,给身体一个缓冲期,以达到尽快恢复体力的目的。

保持有规律的作息时间。尽量固定每天起床与睡觉的时间,尤其是起床时间。有规律地起床有助于晚上有规律地入 睡,感到有睡意时要立即上床。
