男士发胖，从肚子开始。开始这种微小在变化只有自己能观察到，但到了后来，就成了司空见惯的特征。那么，男 士应如何防止腹部脂肪堆积呢？
1.进行有效的锻炼
为使腹部减少而采用无限制节食、裹腹的方法不仅达不到强健腹部肌肉的作用，反而会影响人的健康。应多参加体 育锻炼，如跑步、爬山、骑车、游泳、打球等，可使腹部脂肪减少。
2.适当节制饮食
少吃糖、淀粉、动物脂肪等，以吃七分饱为度，这样可促进体内脂肪的消耗。
3.多做腹部健美操

此法是简单有效的方法。它同时还适合于消化系统、神经系统和泌尿生殖系统的许多疾病，又可作为消除腹部脂肪 、强健身体的一种方法。这种操作方法有简单易学，并感觉舒服、见效快等优点。操作时肥胖仰卧于床，解开扣和 裤带，腹部只穿一件薄衣服。让家人面对肥胖者坐于左侧床边上。首先用波浪式的推压法从上腹移到 小腹3-4遍，然后依次用三指叠按于腹部上中下部，每部按2-3遍。但饭后或特别饥饿时不宜操作。慢性病在按摩一个月后，休息几天再按摩。按的轻重以手下有脉搏跳动和病 人不痛为宜。
另有一法即将两手手指并扰，向前伸直，左手掌置于右手指背上，右手掌指平贴腹部，用力向前推按，继而左掌用 力向后压，一推一回，由上而下慢慢移动，似水中的浪花。
5.涂抹摩脐法
肥胖者仰卧，家属站其旁，在施术部涂上凡士林或食用油以增加手法疗效。用手掌和掌根在腹部做按揉2~3分钟 ，再用双手掌根顺时针从升结肠、横结肠、横结肠、降结肠、乙状结肠部位做按揉法，约3~4分钟，手法以泻为 主；与可兼用平补平泻，此法可调节胃肠蠕动功能，健脾利湿，加快皮下多余脂肪分解。同时可在中脘、气海、水 分、关元、子宫、天枢穴，反复点、按、拨，以泻为主，从而达到减肥目的。
6.下腹部脂肪指压法
腹部是脂肪堆积的主要部位，而男性在肚脐上方聚焦的居多，女性则以肚脐下居多，若指压下腹部时，要稍用力使 手掌充分弯曲，垂直下压15秒钟；若指压侧腹部点时，须将手掌充分弯曲分别置于左右侧腹上，沿水平方向稍用 力缓慢按压15秒钟。
