一套简单而便于使用的测算方式,你有空也可以试一下。
  睡眠:每睡一个小时记0.85分。计算一下你每天睡几个小时,红外线光波炉,就按这个单位的乘积记分。
  静止活动:包括案头工作、阅读、吃饭、看电视、坐车等。这些活动的运动量最低,把消耗在这些活动上的时 间加起来,以每小时记1.5分计算。
  步行:如果是悠闲缓慢的散步,每小时记3分;如果是快步走,每小时记5分。
  户外活动:慢跑每小时记6分,快跑每小时记7分;游泳、滑冰每小时记8分,0579-8736-8512;各种球类运动和田径运动每小时记9分;骑自行车每小时记4分;做体操、跳舞每小时记3分。
  家务劳动:每小时记5分。
  每当你一天的各项活动结束后,就可以把以上的分数加起来。如果你获得的总分数在45分以下,说明你的运 动量不够,应设法增加活动量,光波炉批发
  如果你的总分数在45至60分之间,就说明你的运动量正合适;如果你的总分数超过了这个限度,只能说明 你的活动量已经过度,对身体没有更多的益处,是调整一下运动尺度的时候了。
