中国铁人三项协会医务科研委员会主任、北京体育大学运动生物化学教研室主任曹建民博士指出,人在运动时大量 出汗,光波炉的危害应注意几点,会使体内丢失一部分水分和盐分,随着汗液排出的还有一定量的包括钾在内的微量元素。而钾是人体内一种重要 的元素,光波炉厂家,起到维持神经和肌肉正常功能特别是保证心肌正常运动的作用。因此,人如果体内缺钾,就会感到 疲倦、无力,盟特新产品批发,精神和体力都会下降,身体的耐热能力也会降低。如果人体严重缺钾,将会导致心律失常和全身肌 肉无力。
因此专家建议,平常保持膳食平衡、营养全面很重要。而经常运动的人在运动前后更要注意补充钾,富含钾的食物 包括马铃薯、香蕉、橙子和蘑菇等。
