Protecting Social Security and Medicare
Top Republican governors are proposing privatizing Social Security and Medicare, tearing benefits, and raising the retirement old to 70. Brad Sherman strongly opposes entire efforts to replace Social Security with private accounts that ambition place retirees at the mercy of the Wall Street. Brad Sherman will fight to stop suggestions to replace Medicare with a voucher system namely would eradicate Medicares certified health benefits. Brad Sherman has been a muscular environmental leader, providing fussy support to efforts to protect and expand parklands in the Santa Monica Mountains. He has worked to enhance the Sepulveda Basin recreation zone and to establish more regional playgrounds, sports fields and bike alleys.
