Default The importance of walking posture when wearing hig

To remind you a fact that people often ignore, the fact is that the pose of walking has a great influence in shaping legs, people who walk with concave posture, the legs will become bowlegs easily; people who walk with outward open posture, the legs will become the strange genu valgum easily,so the correct walking posture is compulsory for the beautiful posture!
Personally i think high-heeled shoes is "Cinderella's glass shoes" that make every woman become beautiful , so woman must learn how to wear high heels, and also should show off when you walk with high-heeled, make the person cannot help look at you,LV bags! there will be a resistance of gravity carrying buttock effect when wearing high heels, the baseboard will not become more and more wide but the girl who often wear gym shoes.although wearing gym shoes can make a feel comfortable, the result of relaxing too much is to make the upper body gravity downwards, make the wrong posture more wrong, cause the damages of spine and pelvic, it not healthy than wearing high-heeled shoes with correct posture.
Many girls like wear high-heeled shoes, but many of them don't know how to walk with it could be good, so sometimes limping, sometimes even drag with high heels shoes, it looks like very bad. I suggest to practise walking posture, began with wearing the most difficulty high heels shoes, then you will be ok for wearing high heels shoes no matter which kind the shoe is.
A. wearing the high heels shoes, keep the body straight (not tilt forward or backward), breathe and fold the lower abdomen, then keep the air in the chest.
B. lifting the thigh gently to drive the calf acrossing a step forward with thigh strength,(many people just usually use the calf' forces to walk, so there will be a not beautiful draging walk posture.) must lift thigh ,although only raise slightly, this can make the body's centre of gravity upward, not make the centre of gravity always on steps. Such as the pace won't heavy, but light.
C.Do not use the heel or tiptoe touchdown frist, must use the centre of baseboard landing,it is just correct. This will not only reduce pressure for legs which produce in walking, but also the necessary courtesy when wearing high-heeled shoes , it makes the not pleasant noise which produces when the heel touchdown reduce to the minimum.
D.It do not have to step out into a straight line when steping, the foot can forward natural will be ok. keep hands relax , swing naturally , then it looks very gently.
E. keeping watch if the upper body is remained in the line of the middle of two legs when practicing steping the pace . you can examine whether the body tilt forward or backward effectively by the help of mirror , the reflection of the french window or a friend.
I suggest beginner to practice wearing high heels twenty to thirty minutes every day in the first week, In the second week, make it barefoot but tiptoed (fantasy you are walking with high heels), but principles are unchanged.so when you walk with high heels shoes in the third week, you will find it so easily.you can show youself in the street soon.everybody will envy you
