许多人加班后回家已是深夜,不少人往往会做些好吃的慰劳自己,总觉得饿着睡觉对身体不好。
近日,日本的医学专家对30岁—40岁年龄组的人进行饮食状况研究发现,在胃癌患者中,晚餐时间无规律者占 38.4%。
胃黏膜是覆盖在胃全部内表面的一层组织,含有不同的分泌腺体,是一个复杂的分泌器官,但胃黏膜上皮细胞的寿 命很短,2天—3天就要更新再生一次,而这一再生修复过程一般是在夜间胃肠道休息时进行的。如果经常在夜间 进餐,胃肠道在这段时间内也就不能很好地休息和调整,胃黏膜的再生和修复就不能顺利地进行,健尔马足疗机。此外,吃过夜宵再睡觉时,食物较长时间在胃内停留,可促进胃液大量分泌,对胃黏膜造成长时间的刺激,久而 久之,导致胃黏膜糜烂、溃疡,抵抗力减弱。如果食物中含有致癌物质,如油炸、烧烤、煎制等食品,长时间滞留 在胃中,更易对胃黏膜造成不良影响,进而导致胃癌。 (宋 涛)
