MOBILE, Ala. -- A former employee of the Clarke County Department of
Human Resources is alleging that the agency failed to accommodate his
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and then fired him.

Eric Williamson, who lives in Mobile County,Windows 7 Professional Product Key, worked as a social service
case worker until he was terminated in July of last year, according to
the federal suit,Office 2007 Professional Plus, filed last week in U.S. District Court.

Williamson asked his supervisors to reduce his caseload and give him
additional time to complete his assignments. But they refused, the suit
states.

"Plaintiff has suffered, and continues to suffer,Microsoft Office Standard 2007, financial and
emotional hardship as a result of said termination, resulting in direct
and consequential financial and property losses, as well as mental
anguish,Office 2007 License, humiliation and emotional distress," the suit states.

A DHR spokesman in Montgomery said he could not comment on pending
litigation. The director of the DHR office in Clarke County could not
be reached for comment.

Williamson's lawsuit accuses DHR of violating the Americans with
Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. He seeks compensatory
damages for lost pay and emotional distress,Microsoft Office Pro 2010, as wells as unspecified
punitive damages.
