Default Windows 7 Download blog professional-freedom

By Matthew Kennedy My blogging objective is to publish a publish every two weeks – I hope consistency will maintain viewers interested in the jobsblog website. As such,Windows 7 Ultimate Key, I set deadlines for when I need to have my post written and submitted. Today is my deadline, and as many students can surely relate,Windows 7, I have not written anything. Last night I told myself it wasn’t a big deal – I can just create on the bus ride to work in the morning. Well, the morning has arrived, I am on the bus, but I am unfortunately fighting a bad case of writer’s block I cannot think of any recruiting topic to discuss this morning, so instead I have decided to write about Microsoft in general. Specifically,Windows 7 Download, I want to discuss my absolute favorite thing about working here – professional freedom. The number one reason I work at Microsoft is I am trusted to perform like the professional I am. Basically,Windows 7, I have a job and with my job I have commitments and deliverables. I am then given the freedom to achieve those commitments and deliverables – basically, I am given near complete control over my schedule. Now this does not mean I do not have to go to work or I only work 20 hours a week. In fact it is quite the opposite. My success depends on working with many different people in a collaborative nature and I therefore have many meetings I have to attend. But I usually get to schedule when these meetings take place. Additionally, when all is said and done, I usually put in a lot of hours working (rarely do I have a 40 hour work week). But hours worked do not matter to me or my manager. I really enjoy what I do, so most of the time work is fun – you will never find me staring at the clock waiting for it to turn to five. My manager is also not concerned with when I arrive at the office, how long my lunch break is, what time I went home, etc. As long as I am meeting my commitments to the business and other people (e.g. showing up to meetings on time), I am allowed to control my schedule. I am not going to lie, I work many 12 hour days – but I also occasionally leave work at 3pm to spend extra time with my family. Like I have said before – I am treated like the professional I am. I realize this publish is written from the perspective of my job and work / life balance, but in the end I think it offers a glimpse of Microsoft culture and one of the many reasons people work here. My experience is not the exception, it is the norm. If anyone has any questions they really want to ask, feel free to submit it to me – no matter how tough. Perhaps a tough question will be the inspiration I need. Have a great weekend everyone,Office Professional 2007, MK
