I recognize it is only June, but it is the finish of the fiscal 12 months for Microsoft. This is one of my favorite times of the 12 months (calendar, that's). Summer is starting to certainly start, the deer and bunnies reappear in my yard and Rainier cherries are lastly in time! It’s a time to search back at our last fiscal year (July via June) and see how much achievement we had in bringing the top gifted people into Microsoft. It’s astounding to me to determine the growth with this firm and realize that the innovation and long term good results is because of in component to our challenging work and recruiting efforts.
