Air Max 90 Kid
He suggested I get the Nike Free Run +. These shoes are a part of the latest trend of “barefoot running”
Nike SB Dunk, where shoes are as light and as minimal as possible (hence bare feet).
I am personally not a big runner; I run a few miles 2 or 3 times a week just to keep in shape.

So when my bro tells me to get a shoe
Nike AirMax 95, I listen.
Of course
Nike AirMax 90, I didn’t listen and am paying for it right now.
I tried all three and for me the most comfortable shoe was the 3.0. It was light and (according to my brother) changed my running style so I didn’t hit my heel first when I was running on the treadmill.
In any case
Nike Free 3.0 Running Shoes, these are great shoes. They are light and make your old shoes feel like bricks when you put them back on. They’re going to inspire you to run more often and may even get your ass signed up for a half marathon some day.

My brother on the other hand (who is 8 years older than me) is something of a beast. He runs half marathons and triathalons all the time, and he just finished his first Iron Man a few months ago.

There are different ranges for this shoe from 7.0 to 5.0 to 3.0. What this means is the millimeter difference of the sole from the heel of your shoe to the front of the shoe.
According to the sales guy and my brother, you aren’t supposed to run with these shoes every day because they will work muscles you have never worked before and your body will be pretty sore if you try to run your regular distances out of the gate.
