晚上十点前睡觉:充足的睡眠对长大个儿有益处,因为生长激素在夜间深睡眠时分泌达高峰,深睡眠时间越长,生 长激素分泌的量越多。一般说来,3~6岁儿童每天睡10~12小时,小学生10小时,初中生9~10小时, 对保证正常生长十分有利。但是,睡觉时间也非常重要。即使都睡12个小时,如果从晚上9点开始睡12个小时 和从凌晨1点开始睡12个小时的效果是截然不同的。为了尽快进入深度睡眠状态,达到分泌生长激素的高峰,最 好能让孩子在22点之前入睡。
营养要补但别过量:春天要让孩子饮食丰富,以保证充足的营养,但也不要盲目摄入各种补品和所谓的增高品,以 免引起性早熟、骨骺早闭等不良后果。 (《健康时报》)
