  秋季减肥食谱,五香豆筋
  用料:豆筋150克、植物油100克(实耗10克)、葱5克、姜5克、酱油、豆瓣酱各5克 、 鲜汤150克、精盐、味精、五香粉各少许。
  制法:
  1、豆筋洗净泡软后,切成5厘米长的节再剖成粗条;葱切成节;姜切成片。
  2、炒锅上火,倒入植物油烧至七成热,下豆筋节炸至金黄色,表皮起泡捞出。
  3、锅内留少量油,放入葱,姜炒出香味,健尔马足疗机三代,掺鲜汤放入豆筋节酱油、精盐、五香粉、豆瓣酱煮至汤法收完,加味精;即可起锅。
  秋季减肥食谱,红酱青豆
