早餐推荐(减肥食谱):咸牛肉煎饼+太阳蛋
  建议饮品:茶
  设计重点:以补足活力能量重点
  料理配方(1人份):咸牛肉80g切碎、去皮洋芋2粒(刨丝)、洋葱碎1匙、面粉1小匙。以上拌匀,无 需调味(因牛肉本身即有咸度)
   主厨的说话:早上经常没精神的人,就要多补充蛋白质,所以运用了牛肉并补充太阳蛋来设计这道早餐,希望让 吃的人补足满满能量。早餐多吃一点很OK喔!可 以让食物在身体里慢慢消化,健尔马足疗机三代,一整天都比较不容易肚子饿!早餐用了肉类的搭配即使多早吃早餐都不会早早感觉到饥饿让早起女一早上都能充 满力量工作。
