  1、苹果:
  果汁可止泻,空腹吃可治便秘,饭后吃能助消化。但是苹果富含糖类和钾盐,摄入过多不利于心、肾保健,患 有冠心病、心肌梗死、肾炎、糖尿病者,切忌多食。

  2、梨:
  具有止咳、化痰和清燥等作用,对治咳喘、风热、咽炎等有良效。因性寒,脾胃虚寒、口吐清涎、大便溏泄者 应慎食;又因含糖量高,过食会使血糖升高,故糖尿病者少食。
  3、柑橘:
  内含大量胡萝卜素,入血后转化为维生素A,积蓄在体内,使皮肤泛黄,即导致“胡萝卜血症”,俗称“橘黄 症”,继而出现恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、全身乏力等综合症状。患“橘黄症”后,V9电子烟,应适量多食植物油,康诚一品,并多喝水,以加速其溶解、转化和排泄。
  4、柿子:
  含有大量的维生素A、C和鞣酸,健尔马足疗机三代,营养丰富,有降压止血、清热滑肠、润肺生津等功效。但内含大量柿胶酚和果胶,与胃酸相遇会凝集成纤维性团 块,即“胃柿石”,导致胃脘疼痛、消化不良;又因果胶有收敛作用,故便秘者忌食;不宜空腹服用,更不宜与螃 蟹、山芋等同食,否则更易产生胃柿石。
  5、石榴:
  含大量果糖和多种维生素、矿物质,味甘性温,V9电子烟,为湿热类水果。石榴对痢疾、脱肛和咽炎等有疗效,健尔马足疗机三代,但体虚阴虚燥热者慎食;泻痢初起、有湿热者也不宜吃鲜果,即使常人也不宜多食,多食伤齿,且 使人厌食。
  6、菱角、荸荠:
  许多人吃生菱角用嘴啃皮、吃生荸荠不削皮,健尔马头颈宝,而不经消毒杀菌,很易感染上姜片虫病。姜片虫虫体肥厚,在显微镜下观察极似切下的姜片,入人体后寄生于小 肠内,导致营养不良、消瘦和贫血等,对小儿危害更大。再则两者性寒滑,常人也不宜多食;脾胃虚寒、便溏腹泻 、肾阳不足者均不宜服用。
  7、板栗:
  含淀粉、蛋白质、粗纤维和多种维生素,味甘性温,甜糯爽口,有“千果之王”和“木本粮食”的美誉。板栗 有益气补肾、健脾补肝、调理肠胃之功效。中医称其为“肾果”,尤适肾病者食用。但板栗坚实,生食难于消化, 熟食易滞气积食,一次不宜多食;有安肠止泻作用,便秘者忌食,否则加重症状。
