Best Happy Hour- (119)

For my main, I ordered the Aji de Gallina, or Creamy Walnut Chicken, and aside from the jokes about creamy nut sauces (ok, my jokes . . . yes I have the humor of a 12-year-old boy), this was really, really good. A generous portion meant leftovers the next day. The birthday boy ordered the Garlic Cure with chicken, and I am sad to say Cheap Newport, I had to knock a star off this review because I couldn't really taste much of the garlic. What happened there?
