My mother had applied through RTI for getting information on pension details to the AG Office,Office Pro 2010 Key, Tiruvananthapuram,Office Professional 2007, Kerala. They denied info saying the IPO was given to General public Details Officer and never "Pay and Acc. Off". This also took the stipulated 1 month time given to them.
Although we got the data, primarily based on a subsequent RTI application with the IPO now in favor of "Pay & Acc. Off", I wanted to know if this can be a valid excuse on their part to deny the data,Office 2010 Product Key, and if not can I challenge this decision of theirs with the State Details Commission/CIC.
