kobe beats by dre, Ohio - Akron sophomore Rachel Tecca was named to the Capital One Academic All-District Third Team for District 4, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Thursday. The list recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the floor and in the classroom. This is the first such honor for the Tallmadge, Ohio native,

Tecca becomes the first women's basketball player in program history to earn this distinction. She is joined on the District 4 Third Team by fellow Mid-American Conference player Courtney Osborn of Miami (Ohio) and Carly Morrow of Kentucky. Also from the MAC,
cheap monster beats, Bowling Green's Maggie Hennegan and Buffalo's Kourtney Brown were named to the District 4 First Team.
In her sophomore season, Tecca has started every game and is averaging a team-high 17.1 points per game and 9.1 rebounds per game. She has notched 10 double-doubles and has scored in double figures in all but two games. In the MAC, she is one of only two players to rank in the top-five in scoring, rebounding, and field goal percentage.
