  凉拌剁椒黑木耳
  原料:黑木耳10朵、剁椒3汤匙、青葱2根、姜1小块、大蒜2瓣、白芝麻随意
  调料:白糖1茶匙、香醋1汤匙、生抽1茶匙、盐1/4茶匙、味精1/4茶匙、香油1/2茶匙、白胡椒1/4茶匙
  做法:
  1、黑木耳用冷水泡发,再用清水冲净并择掉木耳的硬结,然后将木耳撕成小块备用。
  2、将清水倒入锅中用大火煮开,然后加入黑木耳,焯烫半分钟后捞出沥干备用。
  3、将青葱和姜切成末,大蒜用压蒜器压成泥,与剁椒混合均匀后一起倒入黑木耳中,健尔马足疗机二代
  4、调入适量的糖、香醋、生抽、盐、味精、香油和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀即可,装盘时撒上一些白 芝麻。

  黑木耳萝卜汤
  原料:黑木耳100克,白萝卜250克,盐、味精适量
  做法:
  1、将黑木耳水泡,去杂质洗净。
  2、白萝卜去皮切块,一同煮汤。
  3、熟烂后放盐、味精食用。
  减肥功效:消腻降脂,减肥。适用于肥胖症。是减肥瘦身的理想食品。
