  现在人们坐在电脑、电视前的时间越来越长,眼睛这扇“窗户”长期得不到呵护,自然会出现干涩、视物模糊 、酸胀疲劳等症状,轻则导致视力下降,严重则可能造成失明。

  从现代营养学分析,芝麻含有人体所需的多种营养素,其蛋白质含量多于肉类,含钙量是牛奶的2倍,还有维 生素A、D、E及丰富的B族维生素,这些都是维护眼睛功能正常的重要物质,尤其芝麻含有丰富的油酸、亚油酸 及甘油酸,均系不饱和脂肪酸,是人体组织细胞的重要组成成分,常吃能使眼睛明亮有神。
  现在很多食物中都有芝麻,只要留心多选这些食物,比如芝麻糊、芝麻酱,有一些点心也是用了 大量芝麻,永康盟特,还有人把芝麻压成细粉状放进牛奶等饮品中,都是不错的选择。
