 往往,我们为了一逞口腹之�,吃进了太多理智上告诉我们不应该吃的东西,像是太辛辣、油炸、多重加工过等 食物,其实对于身体来说,如果再加上不正常的生活习惯,往往会成为身体很大的负担。因此,由于毒素是每天不 断在累积,如何从饮食中着手,让身体来个大扫除,就变成了排毒的基本课题。
  食物中像是腌制食品类,都含有亚硝氨,是造成身体老化的物质。此外,如果摄取太多脂肪,则会堵塞血管, 变成对身体有害的毒性物质。
