  并非人人适合爬楼梯
  因是有氧运动,且能起到一些瘦腿的作用,光波炉,爬楼梯是不少健身教练向上班族推荐的运动项目,加湿器厂家。但需要注意的是:爬楼梯是不得已而为之的健身办法,其适合的人群非常有限。
爬楼梯适合的人群是那些没有时间进行爬山远足等户外运动、甚至没有时间在健身房或小区内锻炼器械的健康人群 ,因为爬楼梯锻炼比从不锻炼要好得多。
在不得不通过爬楼梯锻炼的人群中,体质稍弱、患有一些慢性病的人群可以从事这项运动,如果是膝盖劳损、关节 炎、下肢膝关节和踝关节不适的患者,或患有高血压、肺心病、重度糖尿病等,则绝对不要进行爬楼 梯运动。
  经常踮脚好处多
当你下棋、打牌、玩电脑或久立、久坐不动时,最好1小时左右做1次踮脚运动,以促进下肢的血液 循环。
方法是双足并拢着地,盟特新奇特价格,用力抬起脚跟,然后放松,重复20至30次。别看方法简单,可健身效果不错。当你踮起脚尖时,双侧小腿后 部肌肉每次收缩时挤压出的血液量,可使下肢血液回流顺畅。
