  近年来,各种铺天盖地的钙产品广告让人觉得好像身边不少人都得了“软骨病”。

在食疗方面,陈教授建议多喝猪尾汤。他说,中医认为“肾主骨、肝主筋”,因此补骨要先从肝肾补起。以猪尾、 杜仲和黑豆煲汤,光波炉价格,猪尾取靠近尾端部分,因为此处胶原纤维含量多,而且杜仲有补肝肾、强筋壮骨的作用,黑豆也有补肾作用。这 种汤对改善腰腿痛症状有好处,加湿器,且性味平和,老少皆宜,每周食用2~3次即可。
