Default 饮食私招 无油番茄青菜面减肥法

  主料:挂面(分量按照自己的饮食需要可自调),番茄一个,青菜七片左右吧?
  调料:盐,鸡精,胡椒,ad收腹运动机批发,生粉少许。
  步骤:
  1、在锅里放如两碗水的量(按照盛面的碗的大小来算),大概两分钟,健尔马足疗机三代,将水烧开。
  2、将番茄切成块(大概一个是切成八块的样子)。 水开后将番茄放入水中。将番茄的汁煮出来。大约1到2分钟。
  3、把面条放入水肿,同时开始调味。 此时水应该已经有了番茄的酸味了(盐,盟特光波炉,与鸡精)。如果觉得不够酸的话可以放入适当的醋,健尔马足疗机厂家
  4、待面条快煮熟的时候放入青菜与胡椒。同时将生粉放入少许水调制一下后倒入煮好的面条中。这样面条的 水就不会很清了,会有少许稠稠的,感觉像是放了很多面条那样的。
  5、最后将面条盛出来就可以吃了。
  这样煮面条可以完全不用油,汤也好喝,就算都喝了也不用担心会肥。很适合喜欢吃酸东西的人 ,盟特光波炉。我就特爱吃。特别是肚子饿了就不敢多吃的时候。吃这个最适合。
  其实不用油是可以做出很多菜的,味道不一定比用油的差哦。大家可以试一下?
