  二防:润肺化痰防燥咳初春气候干燥,尤其易引起“燥咳”。其症状表现为干咳不止、无痰或少痰,痰难咯出 ,ad收腹运动机,痰中带血丝、并拌有口干咽痛、喉痒、声音嘶哑、舌红少津等症状。此时可适当吃一些蜂蜜、甘蔗、萝卜等。比 如,蜂蜜萝卜汁:白萝卜300克,洗净去皮切碎,用纱布包好挤榨出汁,每取60毫升加蜂蜜一匙,调匀服用, 每天3次,垃圾桶,连服3至5天。蔗浆粥:新鲜甘蔗500克,去皮榨汁备用,以大米50克煮粥,熟后倒入甘蔗汁60毫升,再 煮沸一次即可食用。
  三防:多甜少酸防“肝旺”春季为人体五脏之一的肝脏当令之时,宜适当食用辛甘的食品,而生冷之物则应少 食,以免伤害脾胃,还要防止“肝旺伤脾”。这时应适当多吃些甜味食物,少吃酸味食物。因为,光波炉,酸性食物入肝,甜性食物入脾。春季因多食酸可引起胃酸分泌障碍,影响消化吸收,应少食酸涩、油腻之物,以 增加脾胃功能。为了预防肝旺伤脾,还可多吃一些性味甘平的大枣。
  四防:蔬果维C防春困饮食中缺少维生素C是引起“春困”的原因之一,故多食胡萝卜、菜花、卷心菜、甜椒 、芹菜、马兰、春笋等新鲜蔬菜,对春季食养也十分有益。
  五防:因地食养防体虚初春,北方寒气未退,仍宜温补,但随着气候渐暖,阳气渐升,温补也要逐渐减少。一 般可选桂圆、红枣、栗子、荔枝、山药、猪肚、牛肉。牛肚、羊肚、鸡肉等。南方,春季常阴雨连绵,低温与暖温 交替出现,阴雨季节,湿气较大,ad健腹器,湿气困脾,宜进健脾运湿之品,如鲫鱼、青鱼、黄鳝、白扁豆、莲子、豆浆等。温暖之日,可进凉补之品,如银 耳、莲子、绿豆之类。(维文)(来源:美食导报)
