The North America Industrial Zone wills serve as a platform to attract more international high-tech companies to settle there. The zone is expected to finish construction by the end of 2008, said Zhang Fusheng,mercurial, head of the Commercial Department at the Changchun High-tech Industrial and Development Zone.
