The Soup That Wasn't | PeanutButterNutter
Hey guys! Hope you've all had a great week. It's been fresher’s week here and I have not stopped! It's been scorchio hot all week too, it's been great to dig the shorts back out! We went rowing last night and it was such a beautiful evening, perfectly warm with no breeze. I can't believe our luck with this weather, it's like one last goodbye to summer. This week I've been a school girl – And a zebra – (and spent 2 days painting vests!) I've also been eating some yummy food, although my eating pattern has been a bit messed up as breakfast has been a lot later than usual (11 ish rather than my usual 7) and it's put the rest of my day out of sync. I'll be back to normal soon! I woke up one morning craving a fry-up, so I created the poor girls/healthy version. I chopped up a potato and fried Cigarettes wholesale it in a pan with a little olive oil, along with a green pepper. With it I had two eggs that I fried up in a little butter. Totally hit the spot! In Tesco the other day I found some organic mince beef that was reduced so I bought it and froze it in portions. I'm trying to focus on eating correct portion sizes at the moment, and one portion of mince is tiny! It cheap cigarettes online left me perfectly satiated though, but had I not measured it out I could have easily eaten the whole pack. Instead I got 3 portions out of the small pack, another bargain! This meal is a super easy 5 minute dinner – I fried off an onion and mince beef in some bbq spices, and then added some mushrooms. I cooked it down for a couple of minutes and then served it on top of a bed of spinach and topped it with an avocado. (2 organic avocado's reduced to 80p in Tesco!) I bought a pumpkin the other week at the organic supermarket which needed to be used up so marlboro cigarettes I roasted it with an onion and then blitzed it up in the blender with some veggie stock and chilli powder. Then, I think I ruined it with too much tomato puree and salt. It was bland and horrible and I couldn't finish the bowl. However, I am not one for wasting food! Especially an entire bucket of soup. So for dinner I fried off an onion, green pepper, some mushrooms and mince and added the soup once they were all nice and soft. I put in a ton of garlic powder and chilli powder, and turned it in to a yummy sauce! (sorry about this pic) And now I'm absolutely knackered, and looking forward to a chilled out weekend before lectures start next week. Tonight I'm spending some time in my comfy clothes watching House M.D. which is my new favourite TV show! (how cool am I?!) Any House fans out there?
