　　几分钟后,一泡铁观音，茶山派出所民警来到发展大道某制衣厂附近,一泡铁观音，果然看见有不少人正围着一辆小三轮车，抢购食盐，现场较为混乱。民警随后将正在贩卖食盐的程某夫妇依法传 唤至派出所，并通知工商部门协助处理。

　　经查，程某夫妇是九江星子县人。16日晚，程某夫妇听到共青城的亲戚说，最近不少人疯传日本核泄漏后， 以后的食盐会受到污染，现在食盐很紧俏，不少人在抢购，而且共青城的食盐已经存货不多。

　　于是，3月17日，程某夫妇起了个大早，开着三轮车，托人从盐业部门以每公斤2.2元的价格购得500 多公斤食盐，赶到共青城来叫卖。程某夫妇担心在城区被查，将三轮车开到郊区的工厂旁边，向过往 的行人叫卖。

　　到民警赶到现场查获时为止，程某夫妇500多公斤食盐卖得只剩下了80多公斤，卖出的食盐价格在4至1 6元之间。目前，此案还在进一步审理中。
