What do I want?
It is a known fact that a good proportion of what is said to you, in life, finds its way out of the other ear. This is usually because you are being fed information you don't really want to listen to (or think you have little interest in), you know... like the times you were in school lessons 'learning' about algebra, or the times when the other half 'nags' you over something petty. It's in one ear and straight out of the other (usually to my wife's annoyance). Whereas when you read or write the same thing then not as much is lost in the 'void' (excluding algebra of course). Your brain is an amazingly powerful computer which a lot of people unfortunately don't take FULL advantage of as much as what they should (including me!!!).
The starting point is to look in the mirror and take a hard look at you. After you have finished checking out your best poses, and got your hair looking the way it should, you need to use your 'minds eye' and ask yourself, WHAT? (And be honest please)
Prepared or not, apologizing to them is the same as making an excuse for yourself. If you are apologizing to the room before you perform, you are basically saying, "Sorry I suck" before you even speak a word. If you start out thinking you are going to suck...do the math...not much chance for success in that environment.5. Casting is rooting against you.Maybe because auditions are so hard to come by and there's a certain distance maintained between casting and actors, actors often get the idea that casting directors are in some way rooting for them to fail. Nothing could be more false. Casting has made a big decision in allowing you to fill one of the few spots available for each role. They are putting their reputation on the line with their bosses, the producers. They want you to validate that they have made a good choice.

What did I really want to achieve?
Before you think this is a harsh statement let me explain.
In order for you to succeed in setting up your own business, working from home, you need to be focused and have the mind- set of a winner. Having the right frame of mind is without a shadow of a doubt the starting point for anything in life, not just working from home as an internet marketer. A strong belief and confidence in yourself will allow you to face whatever challenges you have in life, and come out on top. If you don't believe in yourself then no one else will, unfortunately.

What external forces have, and are restricting me from doing everything I wanted?
So far you have laid down the 'foundation to the house'. Now it's time to start putting the 'house on top of the foundation'.
Quite frankly if you don't, then why should anyone else? (Unless, they are family obviously)
What do I need to do, in order to get what I want? The purpose of all this is not to depress you, but for you to really think about analyzing your life and WHAT factors have got you here, reading this report. In my previous role as an area manager I had to conduct a lot of training, coaching, meetings etc etc, which was fine because my wife always tells me how I love the sound of my own voice. But I was even happier when my staff would make notes of what I was saying. Why? Because that way I knew my 'words of wisdom?' were not falling on deaf ears.
If you are really serious in learning something new like internet marketing, and starting a new life for yourself, then I need you to make notes, starting right now please. This exercise will be the foundation to your success, trust me.
What have I achieved in life so far?
If you are a confident person then this is not an issue. BUT not everyone is the same in life, and you may be a person that isn't confident. You may think because of your lack of knowledge or experience in something new, then you can't do what it is you want to do. Or you maybe the type that on the surface portrays to be confident, but internally isn't. Either way the little exercise below will be useful for you!!!!!
Take 10 minutes to write down WHAT you feel about yourself, your life, your family, your achievements and your goals. Only when you have done this can you move onto the next exercise. Think of it as needing to put your trousers on before putting your shoes on. You wouldn't do it the other way round, for the obvious reasons, would you?
What do I really feel about myself, my life, my family?
If you don't believe me then try this little simple exercise. Get a friend to pick out 2 words from a dictionary. They have to be long, hard and not commonly used (words that is!). Read both of them, but write 1 down on a piece of paper. After 24hrs see which one you can remember. The odds are it will be the one you wrote down. Why? 4. No apologies please.Some actors seem to think they are among royalty when in an audition and apologize for everything they do if it's not perfect. That implies the wrong mindset in the audition. While it's nice to apologize, in an audition it indicates that you aren't totally involved in what you are doing...just focus on what you are doing, not how it's affecting the audience. You don't know how they feel about you. They might love your energy and everything about you but when you apologize you are pointing out that you think you did something wrong, so unless you fart in their faces or knock over the lights or camera, there's nothing in an audition to apologize for. I would say the one exception is if you are working on another job and don't have the time to get your lines down, you might want to apologize for that to manage their expectations a bit...but I'm not even sure that's a good thing.
If YOU don't believe in yourself, will the belief from others change you and allow you to achieve what it is you wanted?
